Empire Protect & Care GmbH unites two worlds under one roof: security and fire protection on one side, care, everyday assistance and personal support on the other. For this DEKRA-certified service provider from Berlin, we created a web presence that clearly structures both areas and places trust at its core.

Background.

Empire Protect & Care is a DEKRA-certified service provider from Berlin that runs two business areas under one roof: professional security and fire protection on one side, care, everyday assistance and support on the other. Both industries live on credibility and reliability — clients entrust a provider with people, property and sensitive situations. A web presence has to radiate exactly that trust from the very first moment.

The Brief.

The central challenge was the brand’s dual role: two very different service worlds had to stand side by side as equals, without one crowding out the other or blurring the profile. At the same time the site serves two audiences — clients looking for a service, and applicants who want to join the team. Both had to find their path at first glance.

Our Approach.

We structured the content clearly along the two areas of expertise and gave each service its own, easy-to-grasp stage. Trust signals — the DEKRA certification, the team, concrete service descriptions — run through the entire site as a common thread. Every page is calm in design but consistently geared towards one action: the no-obligation enquiry. The result informs and guides at the same time.

What We Delivered.

Empire received a complete, coherent visual identity: from the brand mark and logo through print materials such as business cards and a folded brochure to the web presence. For the website we developed a well-considered information architecture for the two business areas, a thoroughly responsive layout for desktop, tablet and smartphone, and clearly guided contact and career journeys that give enquiries and applications a direct route.

The Result.

The outcome is a modern, responsive web presence that presents both business areas clearly, places credibility at its core and gets prospects and applicants to their goal without detours. On every device it feels tidy and professional — a coherent digital flagship for a provider whose most valuable asset is trust.
