01 What sets designfleck apart from other agencies?
With us, you get design, implementation and technology from a single source — with one personal contact throughout, instead of changing project teams. We work reliably and quickly, without letting quality suffer: every presence is designed individually for you. And once your site is up, we don’t leave you on your own — on request, we take care of hosting, maintenance and changes on a permanent basis.
02 How does a project with you work?
Every project goes through four steps: In the planning phase, we set the course together and gather your ideas and wishes. In the design phase, this becomes the foundation of your brand presence, which we then implement in the development phase in regular consultation with you. After completion, we hand over the result to you — and stay at your side afterwards through our after-sales service.
03 How much does a website or a corporate design cost?
Honest answer: a logo is something different from a complete brand presence with a website and ongoing support — quotes vary accordingly. That’s why we work with individual quotes instead of rigid packages — you pay exactly for what your project really needs. Our
guide to website costs (article in German) gives you an idea of typical price ranges; after a free initial consultation, you’ll receive a concrete, transparent quote.
04 How long does it take until my website is online?
Two things set the pace: the scope of your project — and how quickly your content is available. In the free initial consultation, we map out a concrete, realistic schedule together that we hold ourselves to; for a manageable company website, we’re talking weeks rather than months. And thanks to regular check-ins, you always know exactly where your project stands.
05 Which technology is right for my website?
We decide that together based on your requirements — not based on our preferences. For many company websites, we recommend a statically generated site: it loads lightning-fast, is more secure by design and doesn’t require constant plugin updates. If you want to maintain your content yourself on a regular basis, a CMS like WordPress is often the better choice — we build and maintain both, and we’ll tell you honestly what fits your case.
06 What does a maintenance or service contract include?
Everything so that you don’t have to worry about anything after launch: hosting, domain, SSL encryption, security updates, backups and ongoing changes to your content — with a dedicated contact who knows your site. We tailor the scope individually to your needs, from a small maintenance plan to full-service support — you’ll find all the details on our
website maintenance page. We offer the same model for custom systems as well.
07 I don’t have any texts or images yet — is that a problem?
No, quite the opposite: that’s exactly what we’re here for. We handle professional editing and proofreading, complete ghostwriting on request, and work with licensed stock photos. Especially in the age of AI, one thing matters to us: our texts are handcrafted and refined — we never use output from AI tools unchecked. And if you want to show your team or your products authentically, we present them in style with our own photo and video shoots.
08 Do you also handle hosting, domains and maintenance?
Yes — your website shouldn’t just look good, it should run reliably for the long term. We take care of hosting, domains, SSL encryption and regular maintenance completely, including the domain transfer from your current provider. For ongoing support, we offer maintenance contracts for hosting and IT service — so you have the same contact for technology and design.
09 Can I have my existing logo or website reworked?
Of course. Not everything needs a complete fresh start — an existing presence often has a solid core that can be carefully modernized. We’ll look at what you have together and tell you honestly whether a fine-tune is enough or whether a fresh start is the better investment.
10 What happens if I don’t like a design draft?
Then we talk about it — that’s exactly what the regular check-ins in our process are for. Your feedback flows directly into the next round until the result truly fits you and your business. With us, a draft is the beginning of a dialogue, not the end.
11 Is my website optimized for smartphones, too?
Yes, responsive design is always part of our standard. Your website automatically adapts to smartphone, tablet and desktop, so it makes a great impression on every device — right where your customers actually use it. On request, we also set up multiple languages so you can reach international visitors as well.
12 What’s the best way to get started with you?
The easiest way: send us a message via the
contact form — you’ll find our email address there as well. You’ll get a free initial consultation in which we discuss your project, its scope and your ideas with no obligation. Afterwards, you’ll know exactly what’s possible — and can decide at your own pace whether we’re a good fit.
